Role : Java front end Developer
Location : Albany NY.
DESCRIPTION:
The current Occupational Lung Disease Registry (OLDR) is written in FoxPro. The application needs to be migrated to a more supportable framework using a Java front end and an Oracle database schema.
The Programmer activities and responsibilities that will be required in this project include but are not limited to:
Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems;
Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation;
Develop web pages and user interfaces;
Software development and maintenance tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. 84 Months experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language
2. 48 Months experience in designing and implementing information technology solutions
3. 36 months experience developing Java web applications
4. 24 Months experience in using the Spring framework
5. 24 Months experience using JavaScript frameworks
6. 12 months experience developing Java web services (REST and SOAP)
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Please provide a copy of the degree)
