Job Description :
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers reporting to you.
Software design and developmentCollaborate with product and professional services teams to gather requirements.
Software solution design
Work with architects to validate designs
Establish engineering best practices
Successfully deliver platform features
Ensure overall quality of features using test driven development and automation test script implementation
Mitigate technical debt on the software platform
Carry out code reviews
Collaborate cross functionally (Performance, Solutions automation etc
Staying up-to-date in industry trends and introducing them to the team where applicable.
Run multiple feature development projects in parallel.
Recognizes system deficiencies and propose / implement effective solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong foundation in the object-oriented programming paradigm
Expertise in enterprise application development with Java
Proficiency with
Domain driven design
Micro services architecture
Spring boot & Hibernate
RabbitMQ or other messaging frameworks
TerraCotta or similar caching technologies
Web services (REST & SOAP)
Strong team player
Excellent communication skills
BS in EE/CS or MS with minimum of 5 years’ experience

Preferred Skills :

Experience in payments processing or payments domain
Expertise in AWS
Expertise in enterprise systems integration
Familiarity with PCI compliance
