Job Description:
* We are looking for a Test Engineer, who is an expert in all levels of test automation. This requires a strong background in general software development, specifically in the Java and JavaScript technology stacks.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Understand the existing Java and JavaScript application functionality.
* Ability to maintain existing web based test suites, covering the Selenium, Jasmine, and Geb testing frameworks.
* Ability to setup new web based testing infrastructures.
* Ability to engineer and automated test from the user perspective, following client development standards, which includes Continuous Integration practices.
* Summarize status of progress along with challenges and road blocks to management team.
* Work Experience in the following.
* Test Automation Tools like Selenium, JUnit, Spock.
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, SVN, GIT, Eclipse.
* Scripting: JavaScript/JQuery, Shell Scripting, Python, Groovy.
* Programming languages: Java, SQL.
QUALIFICATIONS and other requirements:
* Bachelor / Masters Computer Science or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in developing Automation
* Test Scripts
