Role Responsibility:
Java Technical Lead - To work independently with Architects, SMEs
and BA as a Technical Lead,
provide detailed requirement analysis, gather all technical
information, produce Technical High/Low Level Design document,
work closely with the TechLeads to get the design reviewed and
signed-off.
Co-ordinate with the Onshore Co-ordinator as well as the offshore
development team to review and prepare a solution implementation plan,
test and validate the solution implementation post construction
before handing off for further testing and review for implementation.
