Job Description :
Role: Java Technical Lead/Scrum Master
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
8+ years Agile Scrum experience handling multiple scrum teams in a different geographical locations (onsite / offshore model)
Experience of Strong scrum execution and delivering mobile software products within budget, on-time and high quality product
Must have strong experience in managing scope, key stake holders, Change Management process, Effort, Schedule and Cost
Establish the agile scrum process and coach the scrum team as required
Able to maintain backlog stories as required.
Must have strong communication / Written skills
Work experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS5, Micro Services etc
Should be capable to reporting scrum team metrics periodically and manage the impediments
Should be capable to proactively identify the risk and mitigate the impact with necessary action
Roles and responsibility:
Conduct Scrum Ceremonies - Daily Stand-up meeting, Backlog grooming, Scrum Planning with Business and Technical SMEs
Identify the program risks proactively and manage the risks with proper action in place
Ensure timely deliverables and sign-off from customer
Establish proper escalation mechanism to get the wok done
Colloborate with Business and IT stake holders and convience them for the success of the project
Provide up-to-date status and periodic reports to Customer and TCS Management
Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome
Use project’s best practices and coding standards
Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
Remove the technical impediments
Update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level
Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the PM at the project level
People management & Technical management
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
Strong Scrum master Skills or CSM certified
Abilit to understand the Functional and Technical Solutions
Very good team player
Good inter personall Skills
