Job Description :
DTS is looking for Java Tech Lead (Production support) for our direct client Position in Charlotte, NC. No third party C2C allowed. Candidates have to work directly with us on our W-2.
Job Responsibilities
Develop SME knowledge of DCT applications/infrastructure and how they interact with each other and be able to debug application issues independently.
Partner with Development and Project teams to develop application deployment plans.
Plan, facilitate and co-ordinate the delivery of application builds, per deployment schedule.
Be the single point of contact for Transition management and Release management for DCT.
Perform incident management - triage and assess deployment issues in pre-prod environments.
Shield development teams from engaging in triages unless a new code build is needed.
Responsible for the communication of impacts, status and target duration for resolution.
Conduct incident root cause analysis and document results.
Maintain detailed record of patterns to identify and proactively address recurring issues.
Implement DevOps and monitoring capabilities to assist with the delivery/triage process.
Qualifications:
Combination of Technical problem solving and Delivery management skills
Prior experience leading technical teams and driving results through influence
Skilled in systematically breaking down issues into actionable tasks
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working as an Application architect/Technical lead in a multi-stack integrated application environment, using Single Page Applications and integrations with Java REST APIs
Experience working with Identity Management protocols (e.g., SSO, SAML, oAuth, CA technology stack) is highly desirable
Effective time management and documentation skills
Must have flexibility to work during off hours and weekends
BS and 10+ years of experience or equivalent
