Job Responsibilities:
Position: Production Support On-Site Leader.
Primary skills:
Excellent fluent English communication.
Abilities to follow up and coordinate the solution of technical
complex issues up to its resolution.
Abilities to interact and work with third party vendors and
customer managers towards the solution of production incidents of high
volume/availability systems.
After hours availability for support revenue and availability
production system issues.
Abilities to troubleshoot and find root causes of system issues.
Analytical and problem solving thinking.
Familiarized with the utilization of monitoring or operational
intelligence tools (for example IPSsoft, Splunk, AppDynamics, Keynote, etc
to measure transactions, messages volumes, responses times, etc.
Familiarized with SOA designs concepts.
Familiarized with infrastructure layers, servers, networks, BDs,
CDNs.

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:
Act like the main / escalation point of contact of revenue and
availability production issues during business-hours and after-hours.
Responsible for the triage, troubleshoot, resolution and tracking
of problems and incidents with revenue and availability system impact.
Follow up and solution coordination of technical complex issues up
to its resolution.
Proactively anticipate, communicate and identify root causes of
production incidents affecting the availability of the system
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Daily interaction with customer managers and third-party teams.
Analysis, follow-up and communication of production problems and
incidents.
Resolution of problems and incidents affecting the availability of
systems.
Act like the application escalation point in after-hours events
for Production environment.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a FTE role. Max. salary for this position would be
