We are fine even at SA/A level but should have good experience in handling production support in JAVA/J2EE technology.
'1.Good experience in managing offshore team members of varied size and roles
2. Hands on experience in Java/ J2EE technologies- Hibernate, Spring, MVC framework.
3. L2 support and having exposure to troubleshoot the issue related to Production environment.
4. Handling of Incident Management calls and working with different vendors/parties
5. Ability to drive high severity calls and always look for quick solutions to resolve the issues quickly
We need travel ready person who can travel within shorter duration (1-2 weeks)
