Project supporting ISTOP legislation for preventing prescription drug malpractice
Help architect Java applications in a multi tiered environment.
Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
Help develop and debug Java applications for complex problems pertaining to Health Commerce System
Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 84 Months Experience in overseeing development progress on medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented. #of months 20
2. 84 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web and portal applications using frameworks like JSF, Spring, MyBatis and Hibernate. #of months 10
3. 84 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of SOAP and Rest services. #of months 10
4. 60 Months Experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions. #of months 10
5. 60 Months Experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML and Multi factor authentication. #of months 10
6. 72 Months Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java applications using AngularJS modern Javascript libraries. #of months 10
7. 48 Months Experience in converting Perl applications to Java applications. #of months 5
8. 60 Months Experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing. #of months 5
