Role: Java Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Duration: Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Have the right balance of technical, project management and business/product acumen and manages delivery across SDLC serving as single point of contact
Developing project plans, task breakdowns, schedules, and resource assignments
Monitor, follows-up and review work progress, so as to ensure that delivery is on time, within the budget and adheres to prescribed quality norms
Handle multiple competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Internal and external Stakeholder management
Mentoring and guiding teams on a day-to-day basis
Acceptance of the work packages and system integration, delivery of software, active support for technical problems
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in requirement analysis, design, development and maintenance of application software
More than 2 year of Project management experience
Ability to manage a team of 10 - 20 members
Experience of project life cycles, process, work flows
Language/Frameworks: Java, GWT, OSGi, ONVIF, Angular JS, Web Services, Oracle
Good communication skills and agile personality to communicate with customer and other development team members
