Experience with Test Driven Development required.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development/JBehave Required.
Experience with teams using automated testing to support regression testing of web applications strongly preferred.
Tech Lead Skills
-Excellent mentoring and coaching skills to support development and execution of/by more junior developers.
-Ability to collaborate, plan and execute with client stakeholders including client side Tech Leads, Architecture, Test Engineers, Product Owner, ScrumMaster.
-Ability to identify concerns re: architecture or process and proactively escalate with Project Delivery Management and/or collaborate and resolve with project team or client team or both.
Strong verbal and written communication is required including customer facing skills.
Agile experience required (MUST Be able to develop from User Stories with minimal technical leadership involvement
