Role: Java Lead
Location: Addison, TX/Agoura Hills, CA/Jacksonville, FL/Newark, DE/Pennington, NJ/Seattle, WA

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Java Skills(Core Java, EJB, Servlet, Struts 1.x/2.x , Spring, hibernate), IDE(Eclipse, RAD), Unit testing Framework(Junit), DB(SQL server, Oracle)
Knowledge of various design patterns.
Knowledge of web services like REST/SOAP.
At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance domain
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
