Java/J2EE Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 1 year

Description/Comment:
Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use. Use Java programming language and related software development technologies such as Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaServer Pages (JSP)/Servlets, or JavaScript. Serve as technical expert on development projects. Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation. Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs. Career-Level position within field. Requires experience and proficiency in discipline. Conducts complex work important to the organization. Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six to nine years experience or equivalent education.

Additional Job Details:
Experience with Oracle SOA suite (11g/12c) for integrations with Oracle ERP, Custom applications using Business Events, File Adapter, FTP Adapter, Database Adapter, AQ Adapter, JMS Adapter etc. Experience with Oracle SOA components like BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules and Human Task to build complex composites. Experience with Oracle ADF Framework, Oracle EBS R12, PLSQL, Java Experience with Oracle Webcenter (Capture, OFR, Imaging) Extensive experience in developing integrations with both Oracle ERP as well as non-Oracle applications, including SaaS applications. Experience in creating complex designs on SOA platforms using WSDL/XML/SOAP/REST standards. Ability to understand functional business requirements and document technical specifications. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues with WebLogic server. Good understanding of Java EE, XML, Web Services, Web Servers, Application Servers, Oracle Database. Ability to work independently on any new requirement
