Job Description :
Investigate and resolve L2 production support incidents for applications built on Java/J2EE, Ruby, Hive, Websphere Commerce
Implement break fixes and minor enhancements
Create/modify reports built using unix scripts and SQL jobs.
Be the onsite contact for 24x7 support model involving offshore team and including weekends.

Skills:

Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE with either Ruby/rails or Hadoop Hive experience; Websphere commerce experience is a plus
Experience with SQL, unix environment and scripting
Should have good troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot production issues, and should possess good technical skills to be able to do permanent code fixes for bugs, work on enhancements and minor development projects
Candidate should possess experience in client facing role and should also have experience in onsite-offshore co-ordination
Resource will be required to provide on-call support over weekends during EST hours

Mandatory Skills:

Java/J2EE with either Ruby/rails OR Hadoop hive experience
SQL, Familiarity with unix environment and scripts
Experience in Websphere commerce is a plus
