7-10 years’ experience in Java-J2EE Development
Domain : Retail (B2B preferred) Experience is preferable
Knowledge about e-commerce is mandatory.
Knowledge about comergent Frame work is an added advantage.
Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Webservices.
Additional Knowledge in MQ, MB, Layer 7 is preferable.
Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and design Patterns.
Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.

As a JAVA Lead, the responsibilities will be as follows.
Participate, Conduct requirement analysis.
Conduct module level work effort estimations and integrate for the whole system.
Will work under the guidance of the PM/Architect/BA.
Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design.
Develop High level Design & Low level Design.
Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required
Use best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough unit testing using the automated unit test framework
Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.
Clarify all unknown areas, functional clarifications from the customer/Business.
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components develop by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system
Conduct configuration and team management of own work.
Assist Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination.
Conduct project risks and to provide the mitigation plans.
Hands on experience in Tomcat servers is preferable.
Proficient Knowledge in Oracle Database.
Individual Contributor, Lead & Drive the team throughout the SDLC Process.
Take complete accountability and ownership in delivering to customer expectations.
Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
Sound interpersonal and collaborative team working skills.
Sound ability to take on multiple assignments/projects.
Good problem solving skills.
