"The job is part of production support which includes the following responsibilities.
This is an environment setup coordination role.
Associate should have the environments/infrastructure knowledge.
Associates should have the application SDLC knowledge.
Associate should have worked on the onsite/offshore model.
Associates should be flexible for night calls/weekend support.
Associate should have knowledge on the change management/release management process.
Need to work with multiple infra teams to ask the right questions related to the deployments of several components.
Need to represent in the Client calls to update the status.
Need to coordinate with multiple technical/business teams.
Good commanding communication skill is a must."
