Position: Java Integration Engineer with Hadoop Experience
Location: Rosemont, IL
Duration: 6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for an Integration Engineer with Hadoop experience to help build out a next generation data integration platform. This position will be developing new service based applications using SparkCore, Spark SQL, Sqoop, Hive, Kafka and NiFi Data flows for ingress and egress.
Basic Qualifications:
5 - 10 years of experience in Java software development and ETL development.
Experience with Hadoop, Azure Cloud, enterprise database management technologies and development including Hadoop (Sqoop, Kafka,Hive,Spark)
Experience working with Azure data storage services (e.g. BlobStorage), Azure SQL warehouse. Hortonworks HDP/HDF
Experience with the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS
Experience with serialization such as JSON and/or BSON.
