Job Description :
Technical Qualifications

Must have minimum of 6 years executing Analysis, requirements gathering in Large Integration projects
Must demonstrate the ability of understanding Integration concepts around SOAP/REST, System Analysis, Data Mapping exercises
Have strong experience working with rules based decision engines, web applications and automation solutions.
Demonstrate ability with UML concepts, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case diagrams, writing technical requirement specifications and documentation
Demonstrate knowledge in SOA, API, Micro-Services, Message oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies
Experience leading requirements gathering and Interface analysis, in a high availability, high performance and cloud environment
Have a good understanding of various integration patterns, SOAP/REST protocols, and familiar with XML, JSON.
Experience in Analysis and requirements gathering for BPM and Rules Management products and projects is a strong plus

Other Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science / MIS or relevant work experience
Experience working in insurance or life insurance space a plus
Experience in defining testing framework is a plus
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Ability to travel as needed
