Job Description:
Job Summary: This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
Supports and/or installs software applications.
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Able to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance during core business hours.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
May report to a team lead or Architect.
Experience and Skills:
Java GUI developers are responsible for the design, development and testing of the GUI. Using IDE. Work involves coding, testing and debugging of web-based GUI components using Java. The individual will work with team lead in defining and constructing GUIs.
Requirements
Must have 2+ Years Experience with developing Java front end components using ReactJS
Must have 2+ Years Experience with GUI design, layout and implementation
3-5+ total years of OO development experience
Expereince development with Restful web services.
Additional skills (Not required but great to have)
Familiarity with style sheets, XSL and XML
Webserice architecture / Kafka / Docker / Spring
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree plus at least 6 - 8 years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications.
SkillsIt can be HIB, 3 to 5-month contract. They must be strong with Java Script, not just queries. They must have ReAct JS GUI is hard to find these days as it is very old now.
