7-10 years building high performance, commercial grade, custom business applications.
Ability to communicate with technology leadership and business owners.
Ability to work with Architect and Scrum Master roles.
Communicate day-to-day Development tasks to developers.
Ability to do hands-on development, review code.
Adhere to coding standards and hold developers accountable to them.
Experience with diagraming out large process flows.
Ability to break down large problems into small attainable goals.
Ability to adapt existing code base, utilize existing API’s
Involved in the development lifecycle.
Ability to performance test large apps.
