Role: Java Full stack Developer
Locations: Chicago, IL
Job Duration: 12 months (extension)
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
Core Java Jdk 1.7 and 1.8 good to have
Having worked on enterprise level n tier applications with large scale deployement
Having worked on Javascript Framework like AngularJS 4,Reactjs
Having worked on core java and j2ee technologies ( JMS,JDBC,JNDI,EJB''s,EJB, JSP, Servlet, JAXB )
Having worked on web and j2ee framework like Spring Boot,Cloud, Spring mvc and java script frameworks.
Demonstrated Expertise in Object Oriented Design and Java/J2EE Web development within UNIX and Windows environments
Developed, Designed Web services (SOAP and RESTful) using JSON and XML formats; and performing application build, deploy, and support using Ant and unit testing techniques
Experience with building consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Hands on Experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other PAAS ( AWS,Heroku,Predix,Open Shift)
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and associated architecture & design patterns
Rich Experience in working in cloud based development environment using openstack, docker, tomcat and other associated technologies
Infrastructure experience in one of including Docker, Chef, Puppet, AWS, CloudFormation, OpenStack, Consul, Logstash, etc.
Demonstrated Expertise in Object Oriented Design and Java/J2EE Web development within UNIX and Windows environments

Having in depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.

Exposed to Basic Database Design, Sql Queries
Deep knowledge about best coding & design practices and understand ways to write proficient & performance oriented code
Primary Responsibilities:
Participate in functional and technical analysis, architecture design, coding, and unit testing.
Author technical specifications and diagrams based on analysis of complex business requirements.
Participate in requirements gathering process, estimation, iteration, and release planning
Work with Architects, Systems Analysts, and Project Managers to define technical solutions and perform technical analysis.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues.
Ensure best practices in software development methodology are consistently followed.

Knowledge of concepts related to Heap,Memory,Thread,CPU and how they influence performance and scalability
Understanding of any version management tool like SVN, VSS etc.
Experience in performance testing & performance analysis of large scale applications
Thorough knowledge of performance life cycle in conjunction with development life cycle
