Java Full Stack Lead

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product management team to ensure we''re building the best products.
- Ability to lead a small team (globally distributed) of 4-6 individuals and help drive sound engineering design, process and quality practices, and perform acceptance engineering
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and be able to map them to technical data requirements.
- Strong emphasis on code automation so it is maintainable and extensible
- Perform research, analysis, design and implementation and provide effective solutions for short term and long term needs
- Work in an agile, SCRUM driven environment to deliver new innovative products.
- Mentor other team members and developers.
- Work in a team environment and share knowledge.
- Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities into the platform.
- Contributes as a hands-on software developer.
Minimum qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in design, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of highly scalable web platform services and components.
- 4+ years of experience on HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, DOM, Bootstrap etc
- Experience working with responsive web designs, accessibility and mobile web sites is highly desirable
- Expert experience with HTML5, CSS3 Layout, Ajax, handling cross browser issues.
- Experience in developing standards-based, CSS-driven, table-less layouts.
- At least 2+ years of AnguarlJS hands-on experience is MUST.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in Restful API design, Spring, Spring MVC, Java/ J2EE.
- Working knowledge of Nodejs, backbone is a plus.
- Strong background in Object Oriented Programming / Analysis and Design concepts, Design Patterns, and Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in a continuous integration process, employing a CI server, automated unit testing and deployment
- Strong experience with both Git and Subversion
- Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito.
- Knowledge of Section 508 standards and compliance
