Job Description:
ECM shared service development for OTDA applications such as Imaging/Enterprise Document Repository and myWorkspace. These applications are used by county social service districts to scan, index, retrieve client and case documents. ECM shared services allow for a single point of application integration with the document repositories used by these applications.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Maintain Enterprise Content Management shared services used by the various applications for document management in FileNet
-Enhancing application code for any changes related to the Enterprise FileNet migration
-Participate in team meetings, discussing development specifications, and addressing any issues
-Provide production support during business hours
-develop solutions and enhancements bases on interpretation of program specifications and use cases
-Perform Java development
-Troubleshoot any issues related to the ECM applications
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
Each candidate should fill out the months of experience they have for each item in the table:
1. 60 or more months development experience in FileNet Content Engine and Process Engine, Experience to include; ingestion of content, creating related templates, migration of content between object stores, development of metadata, applying CRUD functions to content, WorkplaceXT administration for Filenet Enterprise Manager. #of months 20
2. Minimum of 60 months experience with writing Java application software for data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions #of months 5
3. 60 or more months experience with demonstrated proficiency in the proper application of standard design patterns (J2EE) to solve complex business problems #of months 10
4. 60 or more months experience working with developing Java J2EE transaction applications against Oracle databases. #of months 10
5. 48 or more month’s experience analyzing business processes and workflows and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. #of months 10
6. 48 or more months experience with use of XML and web services in a J2EE environment. #of months 10
7. 48 or more months experience working with/developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder #of months 5
8. 24 or more months experience with monitoring, managing, and configuring virtual services in Akana #of months 5
9. Minimum of 60 months experience leading and/or assisting in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. #of months 5
