Job Description:
The Workers will be responsible for the modernization of existing Enterprise web applications, following established standards, quality attributes, and design specifications. The Java Developers will be working on teams consisting of up to nine members including Developers, UX Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. These Java Developer roles are responsible for the following:

Define and Develop low-level design documents
Development of Code
Peer review of Code
Resolution of Defects
Development of automated test harnesses and automated unit test cases.
Six or more years of experience with Enterprise level Java applications
Work closely with Business Analysis and Project Management in executing the assigned development work.
Lead the design and development activities for existing and new components.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidates must have a strong Technical background with progressive experience in various versions of programming languages and frameworks.

The candidates must be experienced with Full stack development capabilities including Database, Services, Web Applications, and Front-end development.

Minimum (Required):
Years Skills/Experience
6 Expert in Java development using JEE platforms
4 Expert in Spring Framework
2 Expert in Angular Framework
6 Experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
3 Experience in Hibernate ORM
5 Experience in SOAP and Restful Web Services
3 Working knowledge of Test Automation (Selenium, LoadRunner, Accessibility testing) and the ability to troubleshoot integrations with HP ALM
2 Working knowledge of Continuous Integration (Jenkins or Equivalent)
2 Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on, OAuth, or JWT
5 Technical Documentation including Design Documents, Standards, and Configuration Plans
2 Knowledge of development standards for accessibility compliance for websites

Preferred (Optional):
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience as a participant in agile software development teams
5 Working knowledge of code Version Control using SVN or Git
2 Experience in Static Coding Analysis using SonarQube or similar product
3 Experience in IBM WebSphere Server deployments
3 Experience in WebLogic Application Server deployments
3 Working knowledge of Responsive / Mobile Development
2 Working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 / Sec 508
