MUST WebSphere experience up to at least 7.0 (Client running 8.5 now)
Spring, Hibernate, Rest
Design experience if they are on the higher end of the rate
Be able to talk about their development in terms of how it affected the business
Newer technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, etc.
