Detailed Description:

* The candidate will be responsible for design, coding, testing and implementation for approved projects.
* The candidate will support and lead the development to resolve IT vulnerabilities including infrastructure, dynamic and static scans.
* The candidate will be the technical lead for approved vendor upgrade projects.
* The candidate will be responsible for overseeing detailed designs, coding, unit test cases, and support the building of test automations using Ruby/Cucumber and provide defect and issue research, documentation and resolution.
Basic Qualifications:

* Min 5 years of hands on software development experience in Java EE technologies with special focus in back end development building RESTful web services, integrating with web services and building batch file extracts.
* Min 5 years of hands on experience with Spring , Spring Webflow , Hibernate and MVC patterns.
* At least 1 year as a lead developer
