Ability and drive to successfully bring assignments to completion – includes taking ownership of getting necessary requirements and information from team members/SMEs.
Coordinating within and across teams, raising awareness on potential risks and providing frequent updates to ensure alignment with end goals for assignments
Strong analysis skills and quick learner – proven past experience in understanding and meeting complex business requirements and in providing options for best application designs
Strong communication skills and collaborates well with team members
Willingness to escalate to management as necessary to ensure project success
