Full-Stack (Java + AngularJS) Developer with Middleware and DB Skills (Contractor Role)
We are seeking highly accomplished Java software professionals with middleware and DB skills who can be part of Tax software development team. If you are self-driven and have a great combination of design, coding & communication skills and have been part of a large enterprise class software product development teams on Java and AngularJS, have worked on development of services deployed on the popular Cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry then this position is definitely a fit for you.
Job Responsibilities:
8 years of experience developing production grade software.
Experience in Application Design, Development and SDLC.
Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to web application.
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
Handling production / critical issues with no escalations.
Maintaining / supporting Tax environments with no issues.
Scaling Infrastructure stack during Holiday Readiness.
Knowledge in web technologies and creating secure, robust application is required.
Essential Skills:
Self-driven. Good in time management. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of large projects in a very dynamic and adaptive environment.
In-depth experience in debugging complex code and scenarios.
Good troubleshooting skills of database (RDBMS Oracle, MySQL) related issues.
Familiar with database performance tuning and optimization.
Extensive working experience of programming in Java, XML, SQL, PL-SQL architecture and design.
Good experience in JDBC, design & engineering of REST/ SOAP based web services.
Hands on experience with Spring framework, AngularJS, Hibernate.
Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse/ RAD/ IntelliJ.
Good working experience in Core Java, MVC frameworks, and UML, Design Patterns.
Experience in Apache Tomcat, WebLogic 11g and 12c, ODI 11g, OEL 6.3, 6.5 and shell scripting -
Building environments,
Troubleshooting issues,
Performance tuning,
Engage with L2/L3 on production incidents.
