REQUIREMENT :

Location: Must be local to MN (St. Paul is the specific location)
Rate: Submit your best rate
Needs: Java Developer
Deadline to submit: End of day, Thursday the 27th

· Key Skills : Java development; User Interface experience web development; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and JQuery, automated testing, Spring MVC, Drools experience, designing and architecting applications, web services
· Must have exp. w: State government developing a Medicaid Provider Enrollment application


Java Developer:
Minimum Qualifications
· Seven (7) years’ experience with Java development
· Five(5) years combined Java based User Interface experience web development with the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and JQuery
· Four (4) years’ experience with automated testing
· Four (4) years’ experience with Spring MVC
· Two (2) years Drools experience, specifically with Decision tables
· Two (2) years’ experience with a State government developing a Medicaid Provider Enrollment application.
Desired Skills
· Two (2) years combined experience in designing and architecting applications
· Two (2) years’ experience with web services
