Duration: 12+ months contract

Client’s Agency and Corporate customers need travel solutions delivered much faster and more cost effectively than what is possible today. They must find ways to increase their value to the travelers in order to thrive.

Job Requirements
Proficient with Java and Spring Tool Suite
Experience with object oriented design and building backend applications with REST API services
Commanding knowledge of Linux
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of writing queries, stored procedures and relational database design
Expertise with script languages – Python etc.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment and Delivery (Jenkins)
Experience with integration/automation/configuration management
Working knowledge of Agile methodology and experience of working in a Scrum team
Knowledge of cloud virtualization and resource management
Working knowledge of AWS
Aware of the modern software landscape: libraries, frameworks, tools, and uses
Experience with package management
Experience with Git version control or Apache Subversion (SVN)
Motivated self-starter with excellent verbal, and written communication skills, Travel Industry experience is a plus
Experience with Apache/Tomcat and SOAP is a plus

Education
BS, MS Degree or equivalent experience

Experience
5+ years of related experience in developing production ready applications, automation, integration, and various tools and technologies
