Responsibilities:
Provide on-going technical support to resolve system issues due to changes in infrastructure and technologies and to develop and deploy enhancements and to implement new initiatives that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
Provide on-going technical support to resolve system issues arising from changes, upgrades and repairs to the IT infrastructure and network or changing technologies. One example of this is developing/re-writing code to be cross platform compatible.
Candidate will work on major system enhancements
This project involves building module to accommodate and enhance data and functions.
The candidate will also work on a new initiative on permit transformation.
This project will involve building a public facing interface
Required Skills:
Ability to Implement security controls in all application development and maintenance:5 Years
Ability to Develop relational database structures to allow for efficient data flow: 5 Years
Experience Develop applications utilizing n-tier Web-based development methodology and an integrated relational Database: 5 Years
Experience with SQL Database for the database tier (Oracle): 5 Years
Expert with Web browsers for the client tier using an object-oriented programming language (Java) and Crystal Reports/Business Objects for reporting: 5 Years
