Role: Java Lead/Developer

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with IT.
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE
At least 4 years of experience in Spring, JDBC, Hibernate and JMS Technologies.
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in DevOps tools like JIRA, GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Deploy, Sonar Cube, etc.
At least 4 years of experience in SQL, database design, and different data technologies
Experience in scalable, distributed architectural patterns using web services and messaging/ESB technologies
Ability to work and coordinate with members offshore.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Communication and Analytical skills
