Need to use wireless device to communicate to client between 4PM -1AM PT between SUN-THU.
Shift timings are 3 pm PST - 12 pm PST Very good communication and in time mail response to on fly.issue
Job Description:
1. Position is for US (Oakland, California
2. Legacy application hardware support during production hours. Core engineering team is aware on hardware quotient of the application but the resource on support needs to guide them on right steps as per pre-defined SOP documents.
3. Technologies – Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, html, Javascript and basic hardware troubleshooting (Windows Machines
4. Configuring wireless devices and printers interfacing OFS application. Device Platform is Windows Operating system but requires Telnet SSH configuration to speak with OFS application.
5. Level2 and Level3 support. Should able to coordinate with vendors to triage and resolve issues for any devices on floor experiencing issue.
6. BMC Remedy knowledge is added advantage covering Server as well as Client side of product.
