Ability to effectively teach and mentor teams and individuals
Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and advanced enterprise Agile principles
Ability to present information to an audience that includes employees with little technical background.
Ability to collaborate globally; early morning or late evening meetings
Knowledge & Work Experience:
Experience with DevOps principles and lean development
Experience in Java and Scala
Experience in Jenkins and Build Automation
Experience with Static Code Analysis Tools (such as Jacoco, PIT, FindBugs, Cobertura etc
Experience developing applications in the cloud (e.g. AWS)
Experience in Advanced Enterprise Agile Principles (like DAD, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, or SAFe)
