Looking for W-2 Consultants.

This is a Java back end position.   

It’s in Ann Arbor MI but they want only local to that area to interview in person. 
The people they accept also have strong SQL in addition to Java.  
People who have written stored procedures, triggers functions etc.

This is a BACKEND ROLE. This person will need be able to collaborate with front end development teams. 

Agile
This position will join Agile whole teams and contribute a variety of skills, depending on the business need and the product being delivered.
Activities range from clarifying requirements/stories, identifying an MVP, building a proof-of-concept, heads down coding, QA, and rolling out.

Skills
5 years’ coding experience.
Java 8
Apache TC Server or WebSphere Application Server
Spring.
Agile Methodology structure Database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL)
Code repositories like SVN, GIT & automation of configuration management tasks, along with other tools/applications like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.
Java and JavaScript frameworks, APIs and service frameworks
Strong programming / scripting background with extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, shell scripts   Java and / or C++, Objective-C, Python, Perl, Groovy
Best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests & regression tests, code coverage analyzers, creation of sandbox environments etc.

Optional
Near-real time/queueing: JMS (helpful but not necessary)
Big Data skills (optional)
Financial services, marketing, or big data/analytics a plus
Real time, high volume transaction systems preferred
Large server farm/environment
Good verbal and written skills   Candidates must have demonstrable communication and collaboration skills and be able work with peers in other organizations, other developers, a lead architect, business analysts, product owner, and others
