Qualifications

Basic:
Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred:

o Java or other relevant Object Oriented development language
o JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Typescript, ReactJS)
o Web development with HTML5, CSS3
o Experience writing SQL queries
Additional experience in the following is preferred:
o Basic knowledge of XML and JSON
o Source Control Management systems (i.e., SVN, Git)
o An understanding of common application architecture design patterns (i.e., MVC, MVVM)
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to self-motivate
Able to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of data modeling concepts
Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong Java OO experience
At least 2 years of experience in Java skills (Core Java/J2EE, Struts, Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate), IDE (Eclipse, RAD) , Databases (Oracle and SQL Server) and Unit testing framework (JUnit)
At least 2 years of experience in various Design patterns
At least 2 years of experience in design and development of scalable Web Services using Web Services Technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL,REST)
At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Exposure to Agile methodologies
