Why is the need open: We are doing an implementation/transformation and our business wants us to speed up the process and get it done early
Skills:
. We are looking for a mid-level Java Developer – 4-5 years of experience
. UI Development to Backend Development (full stack development)
. Java 1.8 – not required (4-5 years of experience)
. Spring Boot
. Hibernate for Data Access
. React.JS for UI
. Oracle – Database
. Git is being used – any sort of source control really – must be able to get the files out, work on it and then deploy it
. Everything will be deployed into the Cloud
Interview Process:
1) Quick Phone Screen (with Manager, would last 10-15 minutes, looking for aptitude) looking for a problem solver, how to get out of problems, and how to communicate through it
2) Face to Face Interview – required (NO SKYPYE) (1 hour - 1.5 hours with coding exercise, with manager, one developer and Manager’s Boss)
