W2 Only

Interview process:
Java testing preferred on all candidates. We cannot present anyone who is not strong in Java application development.
Manager does a phone screen/ other engineers on team will attend phone screen
f2f with someone based in CA or GA

Tech requirements:
3-5 years heavy Java App Dev experience required
Heavy Back End Focused Role
spring, hibernate, XML, Web services experience
UI is in place/ some front end skills needed, yet HEAVY BACK END FOCUSED ROLE
Computer Science Degree required/ BA or MIS.

Role:
SE will interface Java to integrate with law enforcement databases
Must have ability to take requirement and be able to build it solo with minimal supervision
Self-motivation is a must
Full stack dev role/ yet BACK END DEV IS FOCUS OF THIS ROLE
UI is established/ lighter skills needed on front end/ will build on existing current infrastructure
Location preferred is San Francisco yet will consider Alpharetta as well.
