Job Description:
This is a staff augmentation project to support applications for the Office of Health Insurance Programs. Various projects involve the collecting, massaging, and disseminating of data for purposes associated with the Medicaid program. Responsibilities could involve enhancements to current systems or development of new system components.
Tasks to be performed include but are not limited to:
1) Writing/updating server-side, web-based applications for centralized systems in the HCS WebLogic environment using Java Enterprise.
2) Writing/Updating stand-alone Java programs used for data ETL.
3) Creating table structures and packages in Oracle.
4) Modifying or transitioning programs currently written in cgi/perl.

Candidates should have at least 84 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:

1. 84 months demonstrated experience Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Object-Oriented Systems and Design (OOSD) focusing primarily in Java. #of months 20
2. 60 months demonstrated experience using the following frame works: Struts, Hibernate, Spring. #of months 15
3. 60 months experience programming Java in BEA WebLogic 9.0 and up environment. #of months 10
4. 60 months experience using Java/J2ee components like Servlets, JSPs, EJBs, MDBs, JAAS Security, XML and XML schemas. #of months 10
5. 60 months demonstrated experience with Oracle 9i+ and writing database object like procedures, functions and cursors and experience with Oracle SQL query optimization. #of months 10
6. 36 months programming in CGI/Perl. #of months 5
7. 24 months experience using Sybase #of months 5
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field #of months 5
