Description: The New York State Division of the Budget (DOB) is modernizing its existing Integrated Budgeting System (IBS Three main components are part of this project – Budget Planning System (BPS), Budget Making System (BMS), and Capital Plan Preparation System (CPPS
Responsibilities:
Code enhancements and bug fixes for Java web applications based on a Struts 1/Hibernate/JS/Jquery/Oracle platform.
Perform significant analysis and write detailed documentation of existing Java web applications.
Document existing applications by writing Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and other required documentation.
