Job Description :
You will be supporting our Identity Services platform, which is a large integrated service offering that manages our individual customer Identity & Access Management functions (authentication/authorization, enrollment, registration, identity proofing, credential management, etc. The technology stack is primarily AWS, Linux, Java, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and Docker. It is cloud-based and built on open source technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real-time messaging, pub-sub pattern, security and software development best practices.
You will:
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Continuously improve software and system engineering testing practices
Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
Lead the craftsmanship, automation, testability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Encourage, innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, diversity & inclusion, outside the box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
3+ years or experience in software development
At least 3 years of experience with UNIX / Linux
At least 3 years of experience with Java
At least 2 years of experience in developing RESTful APIs
At least 2 years of experience with with AWS or other IaaS Provider
At least 2 years of experience with RESTFul API Development
At least 2 years of experience with Behavioral- or Automated Test-Driven Development
At least 1 year of experience in one of the following: ElastiCache, Redis, or Memcached
At least 2 years of experience working in Agile Development Methodology
At least 2 years of experience working with CI/CD technologies- Cucumber, JUnit, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, or Ansible / Chef / Terraform
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience with UNIX / Linux
3+ years of experience with Java
1+ years of experience in Agile practices
2+ years of experience with RubyMine
2+ years of experience with Cucumber
AWS Certification
