Hands on Architect/Lead Developer to focus on the backend development process within Arthur’s Team – Build standards, formalize process, drive collaboration, enhance delivery & execution
Little bit of Agile Development, Review Code
Need core strong Java Spring background
Need to have very strong soft skills and the ability to build trust & work collaboratively with many different types of people across developer teams
Strong communication skills, ability to think/work strategically but also directly with the developers
Need to have 10+ years of development experience and will be working very closely with developers
Will not be doing hands on development but will be working directly with developers on process and development workflow across both onshore and offshore teams
Need to be passionate about Backend Development and current Java standards and framework
Experience with integration and development best practices
