Job Description:
Key Responsibilities –
Working with Portfolio / Enterprise Architect of client; to define, design, manage & govern solutions
Analyzing Enterprise Architecture direction, current/existing technology environment
Analyzing solution requirements and determining/proposing high level solution architecture – with its subsystems, components, interfaces & integrations with other Enterprise systems
Analyzing various technology options and their trade-offs; technology selection.
Solution prototyping & solution development support
Working in an Agile model, describe solution context & solution intent
Liaison with multiple stakeholders – customers, portfolio owners, DBT teams etc. - for solution proposal, delivery & acceptance
Required skills –
Solutioning –
Finding best suited, fit for purpose, technology solutions– research, evaluate, compare, propose – aligning to Enterprise vision.
Define, Design, Manage & Deliver solutions.
Work in Agile mode – to evolve & govern solution within set solution context.
Technology skills –
Java / JEE technology stack – Web (JSP/Servlets/JSF); EJB; Web services (REST / SOAP);
Spring – Spring-boot; Hibernate; JDBC; WAS Liberty App server;
Database systems – MS SQL server, DB2;
Messaging systems – Websphere MQ, Rabbit MQ;
Caching – Redis / Ehcache;
Cloud technologies / platform experience (e.g. PCF
Soft skills –
Excellent communication, analytical & collaboration skills
Ability to negotiate & influence multiple stakeholders for solution delivery & acceptance.
