Position : Java Application Architect
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Full time
Work with Infrastructure team to identify Environment sizing for an upgrade project.
Create deployment scripts for lower level and production environment
Experience in resolving code issues
Ensures best practices are adhered to in the adoption of new technologies
Experience with MS SQL tuning techniques to improve performance
Architects solutions across multiple hardware/software computing environments and system components
Recommends adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality codes
Ability to define/develop application frameworks that utilizes declarative programming practices and principles using configuration to produce functioning code
Experienced with Authentication and Authorization APIs
Ensures that all architectural designs are based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Reviews the work of other designers for simplicity, maintainability, and completeness.
Assists engineering and operation teams in debugging critical production problems.
