Job Title : Technology Lead – Java/AWS

Compensation Range : USD 85,000 to 90,000 / Annum

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience in implementing and developing AWS components using
EC2, S3, SQS, AMI, AWS Lambda, Glacier, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticache, Redshift, VPC,
CloudWatch, CloudFormation, IAM, Kinesis, SES, SQS, Route 53Java/J2EE
At least 4 years of experience in Java programming language. Experience on designing
and implementing SOAP and REST web services using standard frameworks
Ability to design auto-scaling components using Docker is a plus
Experience and understanding of Production support, maintenance processes, Service
Level management
Experience on CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery) frameworks like Jenkins,
Go etc. a plus
Understanding of Agile Development methodology and Test Driven Development
Experience in Retail domain would be a plus
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
To be flexible and open to work in 24x7 shifts including night shifts and on call support
during weekends and holidays
Perform root cause analysis and propose implementation plan for reducing incidents
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should
be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per
the job requirements.
