Job Description:
The Systems Team for a custom application supporting treasury management, money movement, and information reporting functions for clients is seeking an experienced application architect. The application is comprised of a J2EE front-end with batch processing via UNIX and Mainframe processes (Mainframe experience not required Strong Java, UNIX and SQL skills are required. This role will involve application development, design / architecture, code reviews, coaching/mentoring, and occasional break/fix support. The role requires an extensive knowledge of application and infrastructure systems architecture, excellent consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with IT management and staff. Position requires strong analytical abilities.
