We’re looking for a person who can implement JIRA Service Desk at client while leading a team.

The skillset we’re looking for is below:
Needs a service desk application and has landed on adopting JIRA Service Desk.
Need someone who can lead a junior IT personnel integrate this along with JIRA Enterprise mail handler.
Work includes setting up workflows and SLAs.
