Bring your Jira administration and Jira analysis experience to our Oak Brook office to guide our organization in crafting a vision and strategy for the Atlassian applications and execute the plan. Join us at the Chamberlain Group as an Atlassian Analyst - Jira Administrator or Jira Analyst.

Atlassian Analyst or Jira Administrator or Analyst Experience:
Knowledge of administering Atlassian applications in a medium sized, multi-program organization.
Experience managing Atlassian Server software.
Experience in troubleshooting Confluence issues and performing installations, migrations, and add-on installation.
Working experience with multiple Atlassian tools, such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
Understanding of both cloud and on premise Atlassian managed solutions
Understanding of Atlassian tools and how they fit together along with governance
Excellent communication and partnering skills with both technical & non-technical users
Ability to prioritize across various tasks, manage changes in daily workload, and guide multiple teams
An understanding of IT Project Management
Integration experience with other Atlassian applications, such as Zeffer and 3rd party applications
Familiar with CQL, JavaScript, Python, and Java
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management.
Experience in continuous improvements and agile methodology.
Familiar with HTML and CSS.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related area.

The Atlassian Analyst also known as a Jira Administrator or Jira Analyst is responsible for all Atlassian toolsets including Jira and Confluence. This individual will guide the organization in crafting vision and strategy for these applications plus detailed execution. They will maintain Confluence and Jira instances based on industry best practice. They will collaborate with employees from a wide array of disciplines across the organization to improve efficiency, create governance, and optimize the Atlassian tools and add-ons.

The Atlassian Analyst aka Jira Administrator is also responsible for security administration for all Atlassian tools. This individual will create and deactivate profiles as needed for new and terminated employees. The Atlassian Analyst aka Jira Administrator will implement security controls that allow required access to projects and settings while restricting access where appropriate.
