Job Description:
JDE Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business field
? At least 10 years experience as a Certified JDE CNC Administrator
? Certified JDE CNC Administrator
? Certified SQL Database Administrator
? Proven experience with Vertex payroll Tax Software
? Proven experience managing servers in a JDE environment
? Proven experience managing and support of a JDE server infrastructure
with JDE Application Services, Deployment Services, Web servers, Web
Logic services, training servers and development services
? Proven experience with the management of JDE servers running Windows
Server 2008, SQL 2008 and Microsoft Server 2016 and SQL 2016
? Proven experience upgrading servers from MS Server 2008 R2, SQL 2008
environment to MS Server 2016 and SQL 2016 infrastructure
? Proven experience managing data or vault backup software in support of
JDE backup policies
? Proven experience upgrading JDE to Version 9.2 tools
? Proven experience with JDE V 9.2
? Proven experience with running reports for JDE
? Proven experience with the following JDE modules:
? Finance (AP, AR, GL)
? Payroll
? Expense
? HR
? Finance reporting

JDE Administration Duties and Responsibilities:
? Electronic Software Updates (ESU) for Year End, Bug Fixes, and
Enhancements
? Vertex Payroll Tax Installation and updates
? SQL Backups and Replication
? Full and Update Package Builds
? Assist with Year End process (1099, W2, Vacation Leave Rollover, Payroll
Master Pay cycle)
Disaster Recovery Testing CutOver to DR Servers and SwitchBack
? Responsible for all JDE Servers
(Installation/Configuration/Setup/Maintenance)
? Fat Client Installation and maintenance
? WebLogic Installation/Configuration/Setup
? JDE Development UBEs, Applications, Tables, and views
? LiveVault Backups
? Assist with JDE interfaces between other business apps (optional
Requirement)
? Offer support in all JDE modules in use (Expense,Procurement,AP,AR, GL,
Payroll, HR) from an Administrator function as well as a user support
function
? Help Requests. Support agency issues related to JDE and JDE Passwords
? Ability to use Google hangouts to connect remotely with team and staff
members
? Be familiar with the use of web service access via the Google Chrome
browser
(Optional Requirements)Business Processes and support
? Works with the Business Application Developer to plan, test, and execute
application solutions, upgrades, and new releases; develops appropriate
documentation related to application programs.
? Support all departments with the daily use and issues with JDE Modules.
? Write documentation for each process as needed
? Work with user testing process to ensure they have a good understanding
of the correct use of JDE modules for common business practices and use
? Create/modify Crystal Reports
? Have the ability to use Google, understand Google Gsuite apps
? Optional use of SAHA remote technology such as VPN and RDP to
connect
? Be able to to conduct business, share screens and join video meetings
using remote technology.
