Job Description :
Work as part of an IT ERP team member in support of Supply Chain operations within the JD Edwards ERP at client. The Senior Analyst position reports into IT and partners with the business to ensure the system and processes are meeting business requirements. The position is the primary support person for any ongoing support and process needs including mitigation strategies to ensure minimal business impact. This candidate will work within a team of 5 and report to Executive and Director level members of the organization.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Works as a member of the IT ERP team to enhance and update the capabilities of the ERP Supply Chain functionality to support the needs of the Supply Chain Operations Team either by enhancing existing tools and processes or by developing new tools and process.
Works directly with Finance and Supply Chain Operations personnel to assure that all parties are informed of status, constraints and risks to ongoing development activities.
Leads fallout investigation from mature processes and systems supporting the Supply Chain Operations team to assure business continuity.

Related Work Experience
6 years’ experience with computer-based ERP Supply Chain applications. JD Edwards experience highly preferred.
5 years’ experience in supply chain process or equivalent
3 years’ experience in reporting/analysis tools or equivalent
General analysis background
